You upload and authorize the file in your bank. Downloading a file does not mark a bill paid. Due checks the selected bank profile's required fields; a technically valid file is not proof of bank acceptance.
The Malta release has separate BOV SEPA and Revolut Business EUR CSV profiles, and a read-only Zoho Books connection. Check your bank's requirements and upload response. Other banks, accounting connectors and currencies are not advertised as ready.
Starting cash plus expected receipts minus expected payments gives cash left. Approved history helps you review future sales, spending and collection estimates. Every total has supporting details. Longer forecasts depend on your assumptions and do not guarantee outcomes.
Your accounting software keeps its ledger and tax reporting. Due helps with daily bill entry, payment preparation, collections and cash planning. The Zoho connection reads data; it does not automatically write changes back.
