PRIVATE MALTA PILOT

Your records and access.

Due is currently used by a workspace owner and invited colleagues. The public website uses fictional illustrations. Financial records require a login and an active workspace membership.

What the workspace stores

Company and supplier details, invoice schedules and balances, bank-account details, reviewed updates, reported payments, bank-statement transactions and an activity history. The workspace owner manages invitations and permissions.

Where information goes

The private pilot is hosted on the owner’s Hostinger server. Owner reminder emails go through the configured mail service. Connecting Zoho Books allows Due to read the organizations and documents covered by the authorization you approve. Due does not initiate bank transfers.

Documents and connections

Uploaded invoice documents and their image previews are stored privately on the server. PDF text and local OCR suggest values for your review; no external paid AI service receives these documents. Deleting a document moves it to recoverable Deleted records, so its private source remains available for restoration. Bank CSV imports store the reviewed transaction data. Disconnecting Zoho removes the saved connection token and stops future imports; approved records and their history remain.

Cookies and security

Due uses cookies for login and form protection. Log out when finished on a shared device. Optional authenticator codes provide a second sign-in step. Keep invitation links and recovery codes private.

Questions and corrections

Contact the person who invited you or the workspace owner for access, correction or export requests. Backup copies and financial-record history also need consideration when handling a request. A business-specific retention policy and terms will be needed before public customer onboarding.
